Requirements for Registration

When you access the registration site:

• Scroll down to the BLUE link on the right labeled “Click for Online Child Care Pre-K Registration.”
• You will be directed to a page outlining the registration requirements and confirming that you are applying for the 2026–2027 school year.
• Enter your email address and follow the prompts to receive and enter a verification code.
• Once verified, you will be taken to the application. Complete all sections carefully. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required in order to submit the form.
• From the drop-down menu of centers, be sure to select Play and Learn.
• Upload all required documents in the designated sections. Items marked with a red asterisk (*) indicate required uploads.
  
  • If you are missing a required document, please upload a brief written note explaining what is missing and why. Our staff will follow up with you to provide guidance and support in meeting the requirement.
• After completing all sections and uploading documents, click Submit.

Please note:

• Each child may have only one application submitted through the portal.
• Applications will be reviewed by a staff member. Registration is not finalized until the application has been reviewed, verified, and formally accepted.  You will receive a confirmation email from Play and Learn that your spot has been secured.
